1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using DocAIHelp in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept these terms, you must not access or use the service.

These Terms apply to all users worldwide. Specific additional rights are extended to consumers located in the European Union (EU) and European Economic Area (EEA) as outlined in these Terms.

2. Service Description

DocAIHelp is a suite of AI-powered document tools designed for a wide range of document-based tasks. The service includes features for working with PDFs and Office documents, such as conversion, editing, merging, compression, AI-assisted analysis, summarization, and more. DocAIHelp is provided by Aura Digital B.V.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or change features, content, and the overall service structure at any time without prior notice. Access to specific tools or features may vary and is subject to availability.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use DocAIHelp. If you are under 18, you may only use the service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Pricing

DocAIHelp is offered as a one-time purchase for €19.99 (EUR). This is a single payment that grants you 5 tokens to use across all features and tools available on the platform. Each tool use costs 1 token.

Pricing may be displayed or charged in currencies other than EUR and may vary depending on your region, applicable exchange rates, local taxes, or third-party payment processor fees. Prices are subject to change with prior notice; however, any price change will not affect purchases already completed.

5. Payment

• DocAIHelp accepts payments via credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
• Payment is charged once to the payment method you provide at checkout. There is no recurring billing or auto-renewal of any kind.
• We may perform a pre-authorization (pre-auth) on your payment method to verify its validity before your purchase is processed.
• All payment information is handled in compliance with PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard). We do not store your full credit card details on our servers. Payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS-compliant third-party payment processors.
• Payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as described in our Refund Policy.

6. One-Time Purchase Terms

DocAIHelp operates exclusively on a one-time purchase model. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Your payment of €19.99 is a single, non-recurring charge. You will never be billed again for this purchase.
• There is no subscription, no free trial, no auto-renewal, and no recurring billing associated with DocAIHelp.
• Your purchase grants you 5 tokens to use across the platform and its features as available at the time of purchase. Each tool use costs 1 token.
• Access is tied to your account and is non-transferable to another person or entity.

7. Digital Content & Right of Withdrawal

7.1 Nature of Digital Content

DocAIHelp is a digital service. Upon purchase, you receive immediate access to the platform and its tools. You acknowledge that the service constitutes digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium.

7.2 Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Consumers)

If you are a consumer located in the EU or EEA, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU (the Consumer Rights Directive).

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:

• If you begin using the service before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired, you acknowledge that you forfeit your right to withdraw.
• Use of the service is deemed to begin when you log in to your account and access any tools or features after purchase.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at help@docaihelp.com with your name, email address, and order reference. Eligible refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your request.

8. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your email and password.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
• You must notify us immediately at help@docaihelp.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
• Sharing your account credentials with others is prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of your access.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, software, algorithms, documentation, trademarks, logos, and other materials made available through DocAIHelp are the exclusive property of Aura Digital B.V. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the service without prior written consent from Aura Digital B.V. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree to use DocAIHelp only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Use the service for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
• Upload, transmit, or process any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes upon the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other user accounts, or our systems and networks.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or other means to access the service in a manner not expressly permitted.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the service without written authorization.

Aura Digital B.V. reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these acceptable use terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Aura Digital B.V. makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Aura Digital B.V. disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to your use of DocAIHelp shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service (i.e., €19.99). In no event shall Aura Digital B.V. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or gross negligence.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

EU/EEA Consumers: This choice of governing law does not deprive you of the protection afforded by mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence. You retain the right to bring claims in your local courts as permitted by applicable EU regulations, including Regulation (EC) No 593/2008 (Rome I).

13. Company Information

We aim to respond to all email inquiries within 24 hours. Phone support is available during regular business hours (CET).

14. Changes to These Terms

Aura Digital B.V. reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Where required by law, we will notify you of material changes via email or through the service.

Your continued use of DocAIHelp after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the service.
